Crushed ice, Ice Cream, Caramelized Banana, Coconut Shreds, Gelatin, Milk and more.
Empanada: Hidden Garden, Vigan
The Empanada in this place looks like a better,cleaner and well made version of those which are sold at Plaza Burgos but for me, they all taste the same.

The Putanesaca comes along with a bread that is like M and Ms, melts in your mouth.
Carbonara: Cafe 1925, Silay City
The Carbonara here is superb. They say that Silay is the "Italy of Negros", eating here will make your "Italy Experience" in Silay more authentic.
Breakfast at Grandpa's Inn Vigan
Fried fish, Pakbet, Soup, Salad and a little something on the upper left corner that I can't remember.
Another Ilocano Dish: A Resto near Plaza Burgos, Vigan
The name may be forgotten but the taste isn't.
