Halo-halo: Hidden Garden, Vigan
Filipino dessert whose English names means, MIX.
Crushed ice, Ice Cream, Caramelized Banana, Coconut Shreds, Gelatin, Milk and more.
Empanada: Hidden Garden, Vigan
The Empanada in this place looks like a better, cleaner and well made version of those which are sold at Plaza Burgos but for me, they all taste the same.

Carbonara: Cafe 1925, Silay City
The Carbonara here is superb. They say that Silay is the "Italy of Negros", eating here will make your "Italy Experience" in Silay more authentic.
Breakfast at Grandpa's Inn Vigan
Fried fish, Pakbet, Soup, Salad and a little something on the upper left corner that I can't remember.

Crema de Fruta: Carinderia in Vigan, Ilocos Sur
It may look good but it tastes a bit weird as it is in its final stage of"melting" and I just don't like to eat my crema de fruta in that kind of way.
Chop Suey: Rose Bowl, Baguio City
One of our favorite dishes. We call it "disorder" as System of a Down's song Chop Suey repeats that word over and over again.
Shrooms in Bagiuo: A Taste of Laoag, SM City Baguio Food Court
If you want to get the taste of Laoag while in Baguio, eat at this place. We ordered food whose names I forgot. The one on the lower part are mushrooms which taste a little bit bitter.
Club Sandwich: Oh May Gulay, Baguio City
I forgot the name as shown in the menu. But its still a club sandwich. The mustard sauce seals the deal in this club sandwich. Yum!
Anak Nang Putanesca: Oh May Gulay! Baguio City
Love the name. Ordering it make you a bit uneasy though as its name is some sort of local curse. Waiters call it, Anak.
